McCain MADE him unhinged. I better appreciated Lindsay when he re-wrote the UCMJ to try terrorists at Gitmo (not the US). He's a JAG Officer, after all, and shouldn't be let anywhere near US Code.
Lindsay Graham is a frigging joke. Has been getting steadily worse since he lost his sane friend Senator John McCain. Who kept him at least hinged.
