Mutitemporal, Not Atemporal

Spirit is the real and eternal; matter is the unreal and temporal.

  1. ____ The SCIENTIFIC STATEMENT of BEING ____

There is no life, truth, or intelligence in matter.
All is infinite Mind, and its infinite manifestation,
    For God is All-in-All.
    Spirit is immortal truth.
    Matter is mortal error.
Spirit is the real and eternal.
Matter is the unreal and temporal.
Spirit is God, and Man is His image and likeness,
Therefore, Man is not material; he is spiritual.

    ~ Mary Baker Eddy

Might as well put your featured quote in the context in which it was conceived and written.

In Truth there is no Time, there is only Eternity. Everything that is always has been and always will be. Matter can neither be created (from nothing), or destroyed. (It can only change shape and composition.)

What appears to be solid –– even immovable –– in Truth is fully alive, and when examined in great depth proves to be nothing but various combinations of positive, negative and neutral electrical impulses. Ergo, matter when broken down by thorough scientific inquiry is nothing but ENERGY.

All that we believe we "see," "hear," "taste," "smell," and "feel," are nothing but THOUGHTS from the endlessly creating MIND of GOD.

"For now we see through a glass darkly, but then face-to-face..."

  2. Les jeux sont faits, rien ne va plus.

So it's Drumpfenstein v. Clintooon. No amount of hot air will change it now.

  3. You mean its ALL Clintooon. The GOPe is all in for becoming DNC 'Lite'. Drumpfenstein is their enemy.

  4. They'll rally behind Drumpfy in the end, I'm pretty sure. I mean what are their options?

  5. @ FT - Now put the Platonic duality of temporal empirical reality and the Eternal Idea back together again. You've either got to move yourself "out" of it entirely, or put yourself back into the "middle" of it. ;)

  6. They'll rally behind Drumpfy in the end, I'm pretty sure. I mean what are their options?

No they won't. If they lose, most will keep their party positions for the next go-round and NOT have to deal with anyone but the opposition, with no internal pressure to "change" until the next "club outsider" gets nominated. They're a bunch of self-serving pr*cks who bur "represent" themselves.

  7. If they broker the Republican convention and Trump is NOT the nominee, Hillary will win in a LANDSLIDE, and her coat-tails will give the Democrats the biggest electoral majority in American history.

  8. Not even Ted Cruz can save the GOPe in a brokered convention. The RNC will be completely kaput.

  9. You say the Republican Party will be kaput like it's a bad thing.

Destroying the GOP for allowing Trump onstage is several phone book volumes of pages of priority before beating Hillary Clinton.

  10. Kasich's win in Ohio may spell TRAGEDY for the USA. He is staying in the race –– PRIMARILY –– to SPOIL Donald Trump's chances of winning enough delegates to cinch the nomination and avoid the "Contested Convention" for which he stupid, selfish, power-mad GOP Stabbies, apparently, long.

[NOTE: I did think Governor Kasich was a decent, sincere human being, but if it's true that he accepted support from the likes of GEORGE SOROS, he is just another piece of filth that ought to be cleansed from the scene with the moral equivalent of muriatic acid.]

Mr. Trump may be an unknown quantity, –– he's often called "a loose cannon" –– who MIGHT betray "Conservative" interests, but we already know with absolute certainty that HILLABITCH is hell bent on giving our country the coup de grace with the left-leaning fiends she is CERTAIN to nominate to the Supreme Court.

THAT –– and ONLY that –– should be uppermost in "our" minds when we vote no matter WHO gets the GOP nomination.

In case you hadn't noticed The Supreme Court has become THE most powerful of the three supposedly "co-equal" branches of government.

This happened a long time ago, because CONGRESS has been far more interested in winning elections to h old on to power and perquisites than they have been in governing honestly and forthrightly.

I had hoped early on that Dr. Carson and Carly Fiorina would prevail, but had to accept that was impossibile. So, as a reluctant pragmatist I have to say I, personally, prefer Senator CRUZ to Mr. Trump as the best possible alternative to Her Heinous, but unfortunately Senator Cruz's chances of getting the nomination appear to be slim to none.

If you can't get the candidate you WANT,
At least don't encourage the COUNT.

[Think "country" when you say that, and you'll catch my drift. };-]>

  11. The American people have more bullets than Hillary has gun-grabbers. ;)

  12. The model you need to keep in mind, beamish, is Venezuela. Guns don't help in a "marginally legit" political environment. It has to be 98% de-legit for guns to start to help.

  13. Cruz definitely has a role to play in the future of the GOP. The only real question is, "Is he man enough to play it?" in a way that unifies the Party with a much bigger "tent".

  14. Donald Trump has no "scores to settle" with the GOP, unless they are at the behest and bidding of Hillary Clinton, and regardless will cash in on his 30+ year investment in the Clinton Machine when she's inaugurated.

Hillary's left-wing Supreme Court pick will assist overturning Heller and then the 2nd Amendment is effectively repealled.

Except for the massacre of gun grabbers.

  15. Here in the Show Me State, it is a Class D Felony to attempt to enforce Federal gun legislation ;)

  16. Beamish, you know you're at the top of their list for internment in their Permanent FEMA Re-education Camp @ Mizzou, don't ya?

    ReplyDelete
  17. Funny thing about FEMA campsites is that they don't have the manpower to man them, much less sweep for pre-hidden weapons caches. ;)

We are part of Eternity, therefore we too are eternal.
