Seat belt tipping point? That damned automated buzzing beeping noise that won't shut up unless you do fasten the seat belts in every seat that has weight in it. LOL.

Sorry to shoot down Gladwell's idea that people suddenly started wearing seat belts for safety. It's because your car will annoy the holy fuck out of you if you don't fasten them.
