One can't help but wonder where they would be, and what they might sound like without that formidable array -- that strangling maze -- of brutal looking electronic equipment?
The poor children look as though they've been imprisoned behind an impenetrable barrier of manufactured stuff -- stuff that disconnects their voices from their humanity.
A living symbol and near-perfect model of what has overtaken the modern world graphically presented!
