Hmmm... works for me. A man in Ohio's mother died last February from COPD. He got a notice from the hospital that a test his mother took in May tested "positive" for Covid and that she needs to "shelter in place" for 10 days. He GOT the notice in late August.
Figuring out the mistake's made should convince the world that governments are incompetent on ALL levels.
