When you think about the term "Trans", it is a really un-helpful term. It's an umbrella term. 

So, you've got Trans people that used to be called "Transexuals", who believe that they should be the opposite sex. There a small amount of them. And then there are a huge amount of what we used to call "Transvestites". Nobody talks about transvestites anymore. 

So the majority of people whom we singly refer to today as "Trans", are Transvestites. And these were either people who were fetishistic, so they they crossdressed and got sexually excited and masturbate. Or people who weren't overly sexually excited, but were afforded some sort of advantage. Like, they felt more confident. Those are the transvestites. 

And a very small proportion were what we call autogynophiles or AGPs, which the a lot of people in the "gender critical" group confused with fetishist transvestites. They think that every man who's obviously a fetishist transvestite is AGP, but they're not. Autogynophilia is men who have the sexual fantasy of having female bodily parts, 

Okay, as opposed to fetish transvestites, who get arousal from the the wearing the clothes.

So the transvestite side is that you know that you're the sex you are, but you get something out of putting on the external vestments of the opposite sex. And there was a paper written years ago where they described a young boy who has a smothering, overpowering mother, from whom he feels claustrophobic from.

Pink Floyd, "The Wall", that's what that was about.

Yes, he was a transvestite was he? 

He well, he was weird, and Roger Waters was all about mother mother. All his songs about his mom. And he has gone a bit weird, had long hair, yeah. 

But so the boy with the smothering, overpowering mother, claustrophobic, then gets power over his mother by putting his mother on and taking his mother off, at will. And there's that. So with perversion, perversions, there's always a root of trauma. And with trauma, you have a number of outcomes. Either nothing, or you get a bit upset and get over it, or you get something along the PTSD Spectrum with nightmares and flashbacks, or very rarely, you sexualize it. And by sexual sexualizing it, you get dominance and power over what would otherwise traumatize you. There's no choice, you don't say, "Well, what am I going to do? It just happens?" 

So everyone we saw the port Clinic was basically a Sexual Perversion Clinic. It still is. For every perversion, we saw a trauma at the root of it. So the putting your mother on and off again is why a lot of transvestites look like Heising, the bouquet, because that's what their mother's look like

A total of 48 019 patients who underwent GAS were identified, including 25 099 (52.3%) who were aged 19 to 30 years. The most common procedures were breast and chest procedures, which occurred in 27 187 patients (56.6%), followed by genital reconstruction (16 872 [35.1%]) and other facial and cosmetic procedures (6669 [13.9%]). The absolute number of GAS procedures rose from 4552 in 2016 to a peak of 13 011 in 2019 and then declined slightly to 12 818 in 2020. Overall, 25 099 patients (52.3%) were aged 19 to 30 years, 10 476 (21.8%) were aged 31 to 40, and 3678 (7.7%) were aged12 to 18 years. When stratified by the type of procedure performed, breast and chest procedures made up a greater percentage of the surgical interventions in younger patients, while genital surgical procedures were greater in older patients.
