They answer to a specific individual (or groups) cause, will, strength and means.
To impose your own will upon another is to commit an immoral act... a war upon the other. Elevate this now to a group with an "ethic" It's like elevating justice to social justice. Or an individual lawsuit to a class action. Justice gets sacrificed to trial efficiency. Something Socrates refused to do in the trial against the admirals.
Although the fight against white supremacy and Christian Nationlism is a virtuous fight. I add violence in any pursuit to changes minds and direction is NEVER acceptable. Unless forced to violence to defend oneself or family from violence initiated by them to harm you or your family.
