On 'Woke' and Non-Woke Moral Paradigm Shifts

...from Normal Science to Revolutionary Science:

Woke isn't a Scientific Paradigm, it's a Moral One. And the process for maintaining Moral Paradigms is Mimesis and Scapegoating (Rene Girard).  It has nothing to do with "Communism" or "Marxist", except that these are both "secular/ civic religions", and so group excommunication is necessary (ala Mao Cultural Revolution). Good & Bad refers to Science, Good and Evil refers to Religion (morality). Hans-Georg Moeller has the best explanations of Woke and wokeism, as a specific German guilt-pride spirit driven moral system.

The "Woke Right" argument is between those Neocon Conservatives "uncritical" of Israel, and those Paleocon Conservatives who are "critical" of Israel. The Neocons accuse the Paleocons of being "Anti-Semitic". This focus on race is much in sympathy to the Woke Progressive guilt-pride stance on race, and seeks to gatekeep the Conservative movement keeping Israel at its' heart and expelling Paleocons (ala Tucker Carlson) who refuse.  This is necessary from the Neocon perspective to keep their Hegemonic Unipolar American Neoliberal economic project alive as the global standard (Rules-based Order)
Wokeness (Guilt-Pride) is a Mostly Unconscious Moral Foucaultian Episteme that Bends Truth towards Social Justice (The 'Arc of History bends towards Justice')

Wisdom:Justice - Opposed Virtues
For Justice to Gain, Wisdom must Lose (x1)
For 'Social Justice' to Increase, Wisdom must be Diminished (x2)

from Google AI:
Michel Foucault’s episteme is the unconscious, foundational set of rules and "grid" of knowledge that defines the limits of thought, truth, and discourse within a specific historical period. It acts as a "historical a priori" that determines what can be known and accepted as true. These epistemic frameworks shift suddenly rather than gradually, altering the structure of knowledge

Somewhere in the middle of the muddle truth can be found.

Facts however do substantiate that Israel is a state who is/has engaged in genocide against Palestinians and Muslims in Palestine.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

...and Muslim States have done the same to Jews and Xtians. Your point? Israeli is unique in the religious/ ethnic cleansing dept?

Les Carpenter said...

Please provide evidence where Muslim countries governmnents have killed over 75,000 innocent children, women, and non combatant men (either Jew or Christian) in genocidal attempts to exterminate an entire culture.

Modern history and please be specific. Show me credible comparable comparisons (I've found none) and I'll accept your point as valid.

Let's start with the Armenian Genocide. Egypt when palestine was divided?

from Google AI:
The 1947 UN partition of Palestine into Arab and Jewish states triggered the 1948 War, leading to the displacement of over 750,000 Palestinians (the Nakba). Concurrently, during the 1948 conflict, some Jewish communities in areas captured by Arab forces—such as the Old City of Jerusalem, Hebron, and Gush Etzion—were expelled or evacuated.

Contextual Details:

Partition and Conflict: The November 1947 UN plan divided the land, which was rejected by Arab leaders. The resulting 1948 Arab-Israeli War led to massive population shifts.

Jewish Expulsions/Evacuations (1948): During the war,

Arab forces/militias forced Jewish residents out of several areas, including the Jewish Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem, Kfar Etzion, and other locations.

The Broader "Expulsion" Context: The prompt is often discussed alongside the nearly simultaneous expulsion or flight of over 850,000 Jews from Arab and Muslim countries between 1948 and the 1970s, many of whom resettled in Israel.

Palestinian Exodus: In contrast, over 700,000 Palestinians were expelled or fled from their homes in what became Israel during the same period, often referred to as the Nakba.

These events collectively transformed the demographic landscape of the region, creating a predominantly Jewish state and initiating long-term refugee issues for both Palestinians and Jews from Arab lands.

How about the Janjaweed Militia's in South Sudan/ Darfur?

Millions killed. Christian Men and babies slaughtered, followed by the rape and forced conversion of the women.

...but hey, they were Christians, so why should YOU care?

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

...you HATE Christians.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

Moslems killings Christians isn't a "Man Bites Dog" story like a Gaza Genocide story is...

Les Carpenter said...

No, I do not hate Christians. They are simply blindly following the Empire Christianity that Emporer Constantine had crafted to unify the Roman Empire with the RCC thus creating a state religion in 325 CE. Insuring both the state and the church together tightly controlled the subjects of Empire.

But YOU hate Muslims and love to be led around by the nose by a moron authoritarian asshole trump and his butcher buddy the Great Satan Netanyahu.

Perfectly woke answer... yawn.

And why anybody should LOVE muslims?

Because of "religion of love" mantra??? %)))

Perfectly woke my ass.

He's right. You can't hide the race essentialism and hatred of Christianity in it

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

Buddhism makes you empathetic to every religion EXCEPT Christianity. And that's where the evil gets trapped inside Pandora's jar.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

I criticize Christians, Jews, Moslems, AND Buddhists. I don't "exempt" religions from criticism. I don't practice "affirmative action" for Christians. All forms of religious ethno-nationalism need to be judged on their content.

Les Carpenter said...

The ONLY religion that is workable for me is Sikhiism. The only non religious spiritual tradition that resonates with me is Buddhism. Only idiots extrapolate from that that I hate all other traditions. Which is sign of YOUR ignorance and inability to see with clarity.

Recognizing the evils inherent in something does not equal hate. It is a mere recognition and realization that there is a better way.

But obviously not for those with deeply entrenched dualities. So, you do you and I'll continue to question all the BS illusions and delusions that exists in MAGA, Empire Christianity, Zionism, extremist Islam, and all the rest. Exactly as the credible evidence reveals.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

There are no non-religious spiritual traditions. There are only non-theistic ones. And even those require non-verifiable "spiritual" premises to be based upon. Hans-Georg Moeller posits two major Civic Religions in America, one of which Constitutional and the other is based in wokeness (guilt-pride). And yes, it is a "religion", indistinguishable from Theism except for its' basic tenets. The Founders as Constitutional Apostles.

PS - If "evidence" is to be the basis for preferences, Islam is most certainly the sh*thole religion par excellence if you're judging by murderous intentional death counts.

March 2026 (Palm Sunday): At least 27-30 people were killed in a March 30th attack on a predominantly Christian community in Angwan Rukuba, Jos, Plateau State.

March 2026 (Kaduna State): Separately, at least 13 people were killed in an attack on Kahir village on the same weekend.

...unless you care to classify Trump's attacks on Iran as "religiously" motivated as well.... and not the fact that they're the world's greatest supporters of terrorism.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

...but then again, I'm much more "schizoid" in my "Oedipal" dualistic categorization categories (like the Chinese "animal example in Foucault's "The Order of Things"

from Google AI:

The "Chinese animal definition" refers to a fictional taxonomy quoted by Michel Foucault in the preface to his 1966 book The Order of Things (Les mots et les choses). Foucault presents this list, attributed to a "certain Chinese encyclopedia" titled Celestial Emporium of Benevolent Knowledge (originally referenced by Jorge Luis Borges), to illustrate the arbitrariness of Western classification systems and the "exotic charm" of other systems of thought.

The Classification (The List)

According to the text, animals are divided into the following categories:

(a) belonging to the Emperor,
(b) embalmed,
(c) tame,
(d) suckling pigs,
(e) sirens,
(f) fabulous,
(g) stray dogs,
(h) included in the present classification,
(i) frenzied,
(j) innumerable,
(k) drawn with a very fine camelhair brush,
(l) et cetera,
(m) having just broken the water pitcher,
(n) that from a long way off look like flies.

Foucault's Interpretation and Purpose

Challenging Western Rationality: Foucault uses this list to highlight the "stark impossibility of thinking that". He argues that it shatters familiar landmarks of Western thought by bringing together things that, in Western logic, do not belong together, thus revealing the cultural specificity of Western knowledge and order.

"Other" Systems of Thought: The list demonstrates a system where real (e.g., embalmed) and fantastic (e.g., sirens) entities coexist on the same level of categorization. It challenges the idea that Western science is the only "rational" way to organize reality.

The "Other" Place: For Foucault, this "Chinese" encyclopedia represents the "exotic" and "other" to Western culture, functioning as a "heterotopia" (a space that mixes contrary sites).

Note: It is widely understood that this encyclopedia is a fictional creation of Jorge Luis Borges, not a genuine historical Chinese document.

Call it a post-colonialist argument, if you like, against Euro-centrism. That doesn't necessarily make it a "better" one.

But then again, I don't suffer from your oikophobia and reverse Orientalism.
