There is a certain Hindu-esque maya world-is-illusion solipsism to Sartre that could have been cured by a brick to the face. Instead of ascending, Sartre went within himself where no one could follow.

Leaving the world relatively looking at Sartre with his head up his own ass.

I'll do my part, acknowledge Sartre
And try to follow through
By telling you that I still rue
The day I first heard of Camus!
The thoughts from twentieth-century French
Have made a most ungodly stench!
It's no wonder the expression PHEW!'
Rhymes with dear Albert Camus!
