Imagine Repealing a Constitutional Amendment with a 50.1% Vote
That's why our brilliant, far-seeing Founding Fathers deliberately designed OUR Constitution to be function as the bluepri]nt for a RESPRESENTATIVE REPUBLIC with three co-equial branches of government to keep particular FACTIONS from seizing control..
THEY knew perfectly well that allowing two wolves and a sheep to decide what's to be eaten for dinner is no way to run ANYTHING let alone an entire nation.
