Using Ideologies Against Themselves for Purposes of Maintaining Establishment Control

Three Main Categories of IDPsyOps Identified:

1. direct repression, lateral surveillance, and fragmentation

2. representation and/or electoral politics to co-opt social movements

3. entrenchment of existing ethnic, social or religious identity divides, or manufacturing of new identity categories (ie- Palestinian or Israeli Arab?)(ie- through attribution of events to "outside agitators")
