About phylosophy.

You used refs to Zaratustra quite a few times.

I admitted that tryed to read it... but was able to parse only till scene of dead rope walker burial...

and found not much in it, for my taste.

But. Usn'r what Zaratustra was babbling becoming "ubermench" is the same what my "became smarter"? ;-)

Or... that is pure magic and misticism? ;-p
Like "go follow some guru... and he will open your third eye"? ;-p

Or that is... as losy as Marxism preach*ngs -- about Bright and Shiny Future...

Day of freebies today, it seems.

Look at "The Dome Paradox" ;-)

Well, there is calculus. But explanation is pretty simple. Just as you like it. Or not?

Les Carpenter said...

Try actually reading Marx's writing. Study them. Then perhaps you'll become a lot more educated. Rather than just regurgitating reichwing fascist garbage that you've been indoctrinated in since you can remember. Marx was not Stalin or Mao. He actually despised totalitarianism and dictatorships. His dream was a more egalitarian society.

But reichwing idiots never let facts stand in the way if their agenda and misinformation.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

You can't start to understand Nietzsche with Zarathustra. Zarathustra is more of a "final exam". I read Nietzsche, as I do most modern thinkers, chronologically. His early essays lay foundations that get more deeply explored. Birth of Tragedy, His essays on ancient Greeks, On truth in an extramoral sense, etc. Then Genealogy of Morals, Gay Science, etc.

Nietzsche didn't want "zeros", he wanted independent thinkers. Peers, not followers.

And so it wasn't about becoming 'smarter' as it was in breaking out of the moral straightjacket that most thinkers wear daily and limit their ability to think "out of the box" (of current values). That's why I value- multi-temporalism as well as multi-culturalism.

But Nietzsche's biggest bugaboo lay in countering the "Pauline Intervention" and going back to a "Master Morality" of the Greeks. St Paul turned us all "linguistically" into slaves. That's why he wrote books like "Why I am so Great" in Ecce Homo...

In Ecce Homo, Friedrich Nietzsche uses provocative chapter titles like "Why I Am So Wise," "Why I Am So Clever," and "Why I Write Such Good Books" not out of simple ego, but to declare his life and work as a fatalistic masterpiece, reclaim his identity from misrepresentation, and signal the ultimate transvaluation of values.

He's demonstrating his rejection of the Pauline posiiton.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

Another Achilles and Tortoise paradox...

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

It's "becoming smarter" in the way of diminishing the social constraints limiting a solution set to a problem.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

Marx, as Nietzsche pointed out, was a moralist. The premier example of ressentiment...

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

And I have read Marx and Mao. Not all of it, but a lot of it.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

His critique of capitalism is extremely valuable. His prescriptions for ending it are moral rubbish.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

It's why Sloterdijk wrote his "Critique of Cynical Reason". The Pauline Intervention has lead to our post-modern cycnicism. He thinks we should get back to the Greek's (Diogenes) old fashion "kynicism" and cut out all the moral posturing associated with the "I'm a nobody" identity position.

Is it?

Les Carpenter said...

Wrong.

Although he did, with his straying into the utopian weeds, give the capitalist elite what they needed to fight his vision. And the predatory elite capitalist ultimately won. After the 1919 to 1921 post WW I period during which the working class in Britain and Italy specifically attempted to tame the capitalist beast and give the working class more control over production and their lives.

Today the capitalist beast is consuming any hope of achieving the American dream, let alone economic equality.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

Capitalist beast? Biased much? Ressentiment much?

Unions are a means of pushing back. But I don't believe in Teddy Roosevelts "Good vs Bad" Trusts argument. IMHO, they're ALL bad. Especially "government" trusts. I watched a video on Robert Filmer earlier today. He's making the Yarvin-Silicon Valley Billionaire arguments that Thiel loves so much. He's not wrong either. The point isn't to try and monopolize power. It's to prevent its' monopolization through the establishment of smaller trusts that counter-balance one another... like union vs corporation... but on a much smaller scale. Not "union vs entire industry that monopolizes a labour type (ie UAW).

Contracts are an "evolutionary" step in social relations after "patriarchy". Much as Freud's "alliance of brothers" who killed their patriarchical father and established the "totem" for subsequent social relations in "Totem and Taboo" (birth of law).

I fully support strong unions that speak for, and fight for greater economic equality and freedom in the workplace. An environbment in which the employees responsible for creating surplus value have a say as well as a meaningful stake in how prodction {work processes} is managed and monitored.

I also believe profit sharing must become the norm rather than the exception, if capitalism is to survive long term. Citizen United as well as the anti worker mentality that exists in Boardrooms across America ghad better change., if they don't another proletariat revolution will occur right here in the bad ole USA.

BTW, speaking truth does not equate to resentment. At 74 I can safely say my life gas been one I cannot complain about. However, my children, and especially my grandchildren, will not have the opportunitiues and possibilities the baby boom generation enjoyed. And the hope of achieving the "Americ an Dream" of home ownership? Steadily slipping away and eventually will bve out of reach for most. Unless many things change. And change soon.

Loyalty is a two street.

Corporations have no Loyalty/b> to the workers who actually create the surplus value that the Corporations then take for themselves , giving a small token back the the working stiff.

No workers, no profit for Corporation.

American workers need to engage in a planned and sustained general strike to break the backs of greedy capitalists and greedy Corporations across America.

That is what's needed. But, the capitalist system of extraction and exploitation has made folks so dependent on their wage labor just to barely survive it makes a general strike (or work stoppage if you will) impossible.

Now, you have a wealthy man's day, ya hear anonymous...

Anonymous said...

//Loyalty is a two street.

Yeah. And workers part absolutely lacking.

And I know it from first hand. As descendant of wirkers and peasants (well, natural thing for post-soviet... by historical reasons)

And never was anything else but hired worker.

The very concept of hired workforce -- that is trade off between profits and risks.

Workers do agree for a secured fixed payment -- salary.

Because they usually have no savings and need to pay bills here and now.

But same time, that makes em disinterested in results of their work.

Yawn.

We... already have tryed to discuss it.

And you runned away from it.

O.K. It do not bither ne to reoeat my argument.

So? WHAT AMOUNT of money you see "fair" to redistribute?

I showed clearly -- if "nasty-nasty-wrong" capitalist would decide to give ALL income as salary -- he'd be forced to fire all workers simultaneously. As he'd be not able to pay for continuing priduction process.

So? What amount, Les?

Anonymous said...

//No workers, no profit for Corporation.

That is not workers that create profit, Les.

By your own definition -- they create "surplus" ONLY..

Which... neither you nor even Marx himself bothered himself to explain -- how it relates with profit.

Profit -- that is money after Product was sold.

If it *NOT* sold.

Or sold for a less PRICE.

There'd be *NO*MONEY* to pay additional. Or even regular. Salary.
(and capitalist himself will be pressed hard to pay all bills and debts... capitalist ONLY, NOT his hired workers... and his, capitalist's, family will be impoverished... NOT worker's)

"Barely survive"?

With 10$ per hour minimal wage?
And Big Mac meal around 6-8$???

In compare with countries with 1-2$ PER MONTH wages
And that is whoke family need to survive on that.

Lessy, you talking BS here.

In the meantime, well, you have a warm and fuzzy clinging, ya hear...

Anonymous said...

What conditioning?

In words "Profit is after Product sold"? ;-p

But that is DIRECT CITATION from Marx! %^)

As we, in Soviet Union, really was conditioned -- to know what that dumb ass have had written )((

Anonymous said...

And as I understand.

You AGAIN squinted-dodged.

To answer simple question: "Where capitalist shoukd take that money -- to pay salary you'd admit being fair???"

Anonymous said...

Well. Lessy will not answer.

Because it would be hellish ars pain to him -- from need to admit how *untrue*, based on pure satanic shit-talks all his commie babbling is.

But.

No prob, I will entertain myself with unwinding my argument further.

First. And that is directly coming from Marx -- capitalist have NO*OTHER money (money that he owns, not borrowed... and need to return, eventually) except income he have AFTER selling goods produced.

So. He CANNOT give all that money as salary.

He need to pay bills and buy renewal of tools and raw material.

That makes Income MINUS Due Expenses.

But, can he pay reminder as salary? Redistribute all PROFIT for the sake of workers?

Well... first, he need to HAVE that profit. To redistribute.

As there is NO garranty, what so ever. Even for a state monopoly, that can set whatever price it wants. And force people to pay.
There still "force major" events, that can ruin prospects of profit.

Anonymous said...

So.

Capitalist. First and foremost -- CANNOT redistribute any PROFIT freely. At his whim.

Even if he's lucky -- his goods sell well and there no force majors events (earthquakes, tornado. ship/train/car crashes, criminals actions).

He need to account that such a risks possible -- and stash some amount of money to mitigate such risks.

Because... would workers be SO*LOYAL, and return some part of money, to solve some problems and easy their employer risks... IF, he'd be so kind to share ALL*PROFIT with em?
Would they be so kind? %^p
Would they be such a good and faithful *PARTNERS* of capitalist?

Naaaah.)))))

Anonymous said...

So.

Just as Marx HIMSELF depicted in his Das Capital.

Income MINUS Due Expenses MINUS some decidable size of PROFIT stashed as reserves.

But.

That amounts only BARE MINUMUM of what capitalust may dare to "redistribute".

Because I still not mentioned OTHER kinds of *EXPENSES*

EXPENSES... NOT PROFITS!!!

Because... there's NO*MORE*PROFITS. Only expenese.

Like inevitable: taxes, debt interests (and body of debt repayment), return of investments, and etc, and etc, and etc.

And *NO* such expenses mere worker would agree to share with capitalist. To take part in taking risks.

That dirty minkey ony want "taking part in profits".

Well, the same as EVERYBODY ELSE around capitalist:
government, competitors and business partners, general publuc, overseas counterparts... name to em LEGION!

And all of em want to be and often need to be -- served from that sweet-sweet PROFIT.

Nobody of em helped to recieve.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

...and then a miracle happens... tech is magical!

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

No, I don't rely on "tech".

Anonymous said...

So.

Gross Income (because money for goods sold need to be processed, delivered, transfered to bank account(s) or deposited as cash -- which means aditional *expenses* even here)

MINUS

Some Stone Cold Due Diligence *EXPENSES* (taxes, bills, tools and raws buying/delivery/storage, counterparts demands... )

MINUS

Somewhat Less Stone Cold Expenses (paying lawyers, advertising, all kinds of fees and etc... well, regular salary -- <<"unfair" one>> -- goes into this category too... Return of Investments)

MINUS

stashed for future use and mitigation of possible risks... if still something remains off that cutted down countlessly "sweet-sweet profit"...

MINUS

Somewhere HERE... can be that money, that could be "reassigned".

But.

Here comes MOST IMPORTANT money in all that schema of things -- money that can be REINVESTED back into:
improving workung konditions,
buying better equipment,
hiring more workers.
R&D of new goods...

And exactly this money... induced by Marx's insanity commies... want to *DESTROY*.

With their phony "redistribution" demands (and that is exactly what ruined Soviet Union -- where that dirty monkeys have had actual say... in political economy goal(s))

Anonymous said...

Boeing does not use a direct "profit-sharing" formula for most employees; instead, it utilizes performance- and incentive-based bonus programs—such as the Employee Incentive Plan (EIP) and Performance Based Incentive (PBI)—where payouts are determined by a mix of company-wide financial metrics, safety/quality goals, and individual performance ratings.

Incentive Bonus Calculation Structure

Eligible Earnings: Your total base earnings or salary received during the performance year.

Target Bonus Percentage: A baseline percentage determined by your labor agreement or job structure (historically around 5% to 7% for standard performance ratings).

Company Performance Score: A consolidated "One Boeing" score that weighs financial performance (roughly 80%) alongside safety, quality metrics, and program execution (roughly 20%).

Individual Performance Multiplier: A factor based on your annual personal performance and review rating.

General Formula
\(\text{Bonus\ Payout}=\text{Eligible\ Earnings}\times \text{Target\ Bonus\ }(\%)\times \text{Company\ Score\ }(\%)\times \text{Individual\ Rating}\)
