"We Live In Dangerous Times"

No kidding, Slavoj, old boy!

Tell me, can you name any known period in history that could NOT be called Dangerous Time?

I made up tthree bumperstickers forty-odd years ago. They were never manufactured, but they're as true today as they ever were, perhaps even more so.

LIFE IS A MINEFIELD!

LIFE IS A TRAGEDY. EVERYBODY DIES!

LIFE IS A TERMINAL DISEASE!

'Tis said Karl Marx was a Lutheran.

He was not. He was JEWTHERAN.

Zizek is a blitherng idiot, but dangerous because he has charisma.

I had to WORK at not liking him.

I imagine others have had similar experiences with this virtual Vesuvius of Verbal Vomit.
