The flaws in this video? Assuming "heredity and race" are the foundational units of "identity" and NOT the Civic Constitution: The Ordo Caritatis. Another, that morality extends beyond the self. The only "friendly" Morality based Ethic is as Kant categorically defined it, that of "Not imposing your will upon any others, treating them not as a means to an end, but as ends unto themselves.
And no, Identity isn't "better" than morality. Morality is "inward" facing, it's what I think of Me (and yes it may be based upon the ethics imposed by others like shame, guilt, pride, etc.) Identity, on the other hand, is more "outward facing" like a mask and often based in ethics imposed by others. Identity is a mask that I outwardly present and which defines me for "The Other" and what I want "The Other" to know or think about me and which lets him know what he can expect from me. It varies dependent upon the role in life's masquerade I am fulfilling (father, brother, worker, citizen, boss, representative). Today it is often on-line (24/7/365), both curated and and profilic.
What the videographer calls "Universal Morality" or "the Pseudo-Moral frame" in the video is really the "Ethics of Kitsch". It's he Secular Ethic of the Globalist/ Universalist. The "lover of all". The cosmopolitan humanist. The value he theologically places "above" that of his actual social/ civic constitution, that of his nation.

The "self" is an illusion created by the mind. It is the mind's attempt to create a false separation between you and everything else.

Language...its' humanity's trick to make itself the center of the universe.
It emerges from immanence, accounts for "locality" by creating a field of transcendence (the "duality"). In most parts of the Universe, entropy breaks things down. Near stars, elements organize, planets form and build things up (like life forms), temporarily defying the forces of entropy, but whose hidden purpose seems to accelerate entropy... to break down and disperse the organized matter.... to go "nova" and re-disperse it.
Language cooperates in this "dispersal" process through the localized transcendent field.
Information is then locally organized and built up in the "self". Usually tt uses "philosophy" to do this. Anti-philosophy attempts to transcend these organized categorized information deposits in the mind, and associate them cross-categorically, deterritorializing pieces, sending them on new lines-of-flight, and then re-territorializing them in new configuration. This is the process and practice of schizo-analysis. It's an attempt to shuffle id, ego, and superego around, to lend new "meanings" to words leading to different understandings, as Joyce did in "Finnegans Wake". There are no single interpretations of the wake, only "multiplicities" of new constellations of meaning, transcending the "false separation" present in language. In other words, it creates a "green language"... a language of the birds. Every sentence, a song.
A song that only has meaning for the "now".
When the one thing that clarifies all is seen the path to liberation is open and clear.
That's "Being"...not "Being in the World". In the latter, all paths are blocked and barricaded, as for "K', et al, before the Law.
